Who you are contracting with

The Jadde Tax Pro Academy (the "Academy") is provided by Jadde Financial Services Group ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Academy you agree to these terms. If you are signing up on behalf of a firm, you confirm you have authority to bind that firm. If you are signing up for yourself, you confirm you are of legal age.

What you get

A one-time purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Academy's training modules, practice workbook, certification exam, and resource library for as long as we operate the program. Your login is for you alone — keep your password confidential, keep your account details accurate, and you are responsible for activity under your account.

Educational content only

The Academy is professional training. It is not tax, legal, or financial advice for any specific taxpayer or return, and completing it does not make you an IRS Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney. You remain responsible for complying with Circular 230, PTIN requirements, and all applicable law in your own practice.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the Academy unlawfully, fraudulently, or to send spam;
• share your login, resell, redistribute, record, or republish our course material;
• infringe our intellectual property or anyone else's;
• interfere with the security of the service — no malware, probing, scraping, or circumventing limits;
• reverse engineer the platform.

Our intellectual property

All course content, workbooks, exams, templates, software, and branding remain our property. Downloadable templates in the resource library may be used inside your own tax practice, but not sold or distributed as training material.

Service level

We work to keep the Academy available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Payment, billing and refunds

Jadde Financial Services Group is the seller of record for all orders. Payments are taken through our secure card processor, which handles card data, receipts, and chargebacks on our behalf; we never see or store your card number. Any applicable sales tax is calculated and added at checkout. We handle all customer service inquiries and refunds directly. See our Refund Policy for our money-back window.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment or a reversed payment, credential sharing, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. If your access ends, your progress record may be deleted after a reasonable period.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss including lost profits, lost data, or penalties assessed against you or your clients. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it. You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your unlawful use of the Academy or breach of these terms.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and disputes will be heard in the courts of that state. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them in a merger or sale of the business. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
