Enrollment in the Jadde Tax Pro Academy is a one-time payment of $129 for lifetime access. If the training isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are issued by Jadde Financial Services Group back to your original payment method. Email FUNDS@JADDEFINANCIAL.COM from the email address you purchased with and we'll take care of it.

What happens after a refund

Once a refund is approved, access to the modules, practice workbook, certification exam, and resource library ends immediately, and any certificate earned is no longer valid. Your money is returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

After 14 days

Because this is lifetime access to digital training, we don't offer refunds after the 14-day window. If something has gone wrong — a payment problem, a duplicate charge, or access you can't use — contact us anyway and we will make it right.
