Who we are

Jadde Financial Services Group operates the Jadde Tax Pro Academy and is the data controller for the personal information described here. Contact us at FUNDS@JADDEFINANCIAL.COM.

What we collect and why

• Account details — email address and password credentials, to create and secure your account (necessary to perform our contract with you).
• Preparer profile — name, phone number, and PTIN if you choose to add it, used to personalize your training record and print your certificate (contract performance).
• Training records — modules completed, quiz and exam scores, attempts, and certification status, used to run the program and let the firm owner track progress (contract performance and our legitimate interest in administering the Academy).
• Support messages — what you send us, used to answer you (legitimate interest).
• Technical and usage data — IP address, device and browser information, and page activity, used for security, fraud prevention, and improving the product (legitimate interest).
• Marketing measurement — we use the Meta pixel to measure advertising. Where required, this relies on your consent.

Payment card details are collected and processed by our card processor, not by us. We never see or store your card number.

Who we share it with

• Service providers who host and operate the platform, including our cloud hosting and database provider.
• Our payment processor, for taking payment, issuing receipts, and handling refunds and chargebacks.
• Meta, for advertising measurement, where that applies.
• Professional advisers such as our accountants and lawyers.
• Authorities where we are legally required to disclose.

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and training records for as long as your account is active, and for up to two years after it closes so we can re-issue certificates and answer questions. Records we must keep for tax or legal reasons are held for the period the law requires. After that, data is deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop certain uses of it, by emailing FUNDS@JADDEFINANCIAL.COM. You can update your name, phone, and PTIN yourself on the Profile page at any time. If you are in a jurisdiction with additional data protection rights, we honor those rights and will respond within the timeframe the law sets.

Security

Access to the Academy requires a password, data is encrypted in transit, and student records are restricted so each student can only see their own. We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, though no system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, and advertising cookies from the Meta pixel to measure our marketing. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in.
